This article shows me that the cabinet had discussed the issue about reducing the limit for full licence holders from 80 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood to 50 milligrams of its. In addition, Prime Minister John Key said that the cabinet might need more time to make a decision about this issue.

In my opinion, it is a positive issue because it will be safe for the people who drive cars. It can reduce the accident from the road and it makes the transports flow. Moreover, it indicates that the government keeps concentrate on transport in their country and citizen. It gives a lot of benefit for the citizen although some citizens do not like or disagree about this issue.

This article is about flooding in New Zealand. The New Zealand Transport Agency warns motorists to take extreme care or be careful as much as possible because there is heavy rain in North Canterbury and Marlborough.

In my point of view, it is a good idea that the New Zealand transport Agency warns the citizen beware about using the road. Heavy rain makes the transports hard because the road is slippery. We need to take extreme care because if we do not careful, it might occur the accident and has a lot of effects. The impacts are not only ours but also other people. For example, during raining, we drive fast. We then cash with another's car. Finally, there are a lot of damages.

This article was about New Zealand oil drilling. Around 20 Greenpeace volunteers protested the Government's plans to sell off the rights to carry out deep water oil drilling all around New Zealand's coast. They were gathering signatures for a petition against the Government's expansion of coal mining and deep water oil drilling. Moreover, they concerned about deep water oil drilling because its technologies were prone to an accident. It was dangerous.

For me, I agree with Greenpeace because there are a lot of effects from oil drilling. For example, it will destroy the environment that we can see from Mexico golf case. Furthermore, it might occur an accident.

This article is about the educational problem which the school does not have adequate inclusiveness for development the students. Moreover, the students with high needs are not included in significant aspects of each school's academic, extra-curricular and social activities. Associate Education Minister Heather Roy said that "Money could be put into improving teacher training so they were equipped to deal with special needs students " However, there is not a lot of extra money for special education.


In my opinion, it is not a good idea that there is not enough budget for the education because education is very important for nowadays. Thus, the government needs to concentrate on it. It will be better for the society from this time on.
