Most countries in the world provide local government election for their countries but the system of each country is different. In this article is about local government election in New Zealand. Today, nominations closed for candidates who want to stand in this year's local authority elections such as Hawke's Bay Regional Council, Hastings District Council, Napier City Council, Central Hawke's Bay District Council, Wairoa District Council and Hastings District Rural Community Board. The government gives an opportunity for voters can change the information such as address. Moreover, this year, voters can visit an elections website for helping them to know more about candidates.

In my point of view, this is a good idea because the voters will have more information and easy to make decision. It uses the technology in the right way. Furthermore, it will be useful and convenient for New Zealanders.

This article is about New Zealand Government. This week, The government focuses on 2 pieces of legislation : encouraging job opportunities and removing the barriers to work.

In my point of view, it indicates that the government interests about work and supports it. Moreover, the government will make the economy stronger and creates more jobs for New Zealanders. I think that work is important because when citizen gets work or job, they will have money for using in their life. Their life will be good and stable. If everyone has a good life, the crime or steal will not occur. It will be a great and strong community. It is a great government's scheme. They can manage not only about economic but also society of their country.

I select this article because my family is a fan of U2 especially my father.

That article is about U2 which is a famous band around the world. U2 is a rock band from Dublin, Ireland. The group consists of Bono ( vocals), The Edge ( guitar, keyboards and vocals ), Adam Clayton ( bass ) and Larry Mullen, Jr. ( drums and percussion ). You might hear their famous songs on the radio such as " With Or Without You"," One", "Mysterious Ways"," The Fly", "Beautiful Day" and "Sweetest Thing". There will be a state-of-art concert at Mt Smart stadium, New Zealand in November. It is just a scheme. Moreover, The nickname of the stage is " The Claw ". The audiences can see U2 from all sides. Now, fans in New Zealand wait for their coming.

In my opinion, It is a good luck for New Zealanders that U2 has planned to play concert. It shows that U2 has a lot of fans around the world. This band is smart and quality band because U2 succeeds in their music and U2 campaigns for human rights and philanthropic causes. In conclusion, This tour is not only get a lot of money but also can spread their attitude among their fans.

I choose this article because it is an important article. Moreover, if people lose thier job, they will have problem in their lives.

Normally, new jobs are published in the advertisements on the websites or in the newspaper for people who seek the job. In New Zealand, the number of new job ads on seek.co.nz rose by 6.3 percent in July, and were 45 percent higher that a year ago. It was a good new for employment because in the past there was high unemployment rate but nowadays, there are many new jobs in the ads on the website that people can get it while the government worried about this issue.

In my point of view, it is a benefit for the people who want to get job. It indicates that labour market is extended and grown. It makes many people have work and get their income. It will be good for the community and their life will be better.

Ladyhawke is a New Zealand singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. She got 6 awards from the New Zealand Music Award in 2009. Most people in New Zealand liked her. Moreover, she toured all around the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. She even played in Moscow, Japan, America and Scandinavia.

In my point of view, it indicates that she is a great singer because not only New Zealand people like her but also European and others. In addition, she got a lot of awards that guarantee for her ability. Furthermore, if we want to get a success, we need to practice it and work hard enough. Eventually, a success will be on us like Ladyhawke who loves in her work and practice it. Until the end, she becomes a success.

This article is about Fastway Couriers. It was established by Bill McGowan in 1983. To begin, it was a delivery service between the Hawke's Bay cities of Napier and Hastings. Later, his company offered master franchises. Now, his business is growing and franchising spreading across New Zealand. I chose this article because It was an unbelievable article. They found new species of gastropods.

This article was about scientists had been found about 17,000 species. They identified about 6500 species and 400 species waiting to be described. They found many species in places as approachable as Wellington Harbour and Whangarei Harbour. Moreover, they found new and distinct species of 2 gastropods and 66 species of black corals. Otherwise, about half the flora and fauna in our marine environment were endemic and found only in New Zealand. Furthermore, human got a lot of benefit from marine. For example, scientists were starting to explore the anti-cancer properties of some species.

In my point of view, I think we should maintain and take care of the environment and ecosystem because the habitat where we live, it is not only us but also those species.
